Children's Ministry
EICM is building a solid biblical foundation in children’s lives that equips them to be godly leaders in the next generation. Proverbs 22:6 teaches, “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” By instilling Biblical truths early, children learn to follow God’s ways and build character based on His Word.
Teaching them to love and obey God’s commandments is essential, as seen in Deuteronomy 6:6-7: “These words…shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children.” Such teaching includes modeling godly behavior, guiding them to pray, and helping them understand Scripture.
Jesus valued children and said, “Let the little children come to me” (Matthew 19:14), showing that nurturing their faith matters deeply to God. With strong Biblical values, they can develop wisdom, integrity, and compassion, preparing them to lead others in faith and godly purpose as they grow.
Jesus said: “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” (Luke 18:16 NIV). EICM is preparing children as the next generation of Christian leaders involves teaching biblical values and modeling a life of faith. By nurturing their understanding of Scripture, prayer, and godly character, they develop a foundation in Christ. Training them in compassion, integrity, and courage prepares them to serve others and lead by example. Encouraging children to follow Jesus’ teachings helps shape them into leaders who can positively influence the world with Christ’s love and truth.
